Pursuing Holiness Now: Separation to the Lord in the End Times

Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
Biblical Separation
Come Out and Be Separate
Second Corinthians 6:17–18 calls believers to separation from the world in holiness to the Lord. “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate,” it declares.
As Bible believers, we must actively separate from the world’s ways and idols, as we are the temple of God indwelt and sealed by the Holy Spirit. God’s presence creates purity, as He is holy and dwells within us.
Reject Worldly Ties
The Lord instructs us clearly: “touch not the unclean thing.” Separation from the world and its idols is commanded, not suggested.
We are to reject the world’s values, practices, and defilements that contradict God’s commandments. In these end times, when compromise abounds, holiness means choosing God’s ways over cultural conformity. Touching the unclean things of this world grieves the Holy Spirit and defiles our souls.
The Promise of Fatherhood
God assures, “and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.” Obedience to this holy calling cultivates a strong relationship and intimate fellowship with God.
He receives us fully, treating us as His own beloved children. This promise motivates holiness—love for our Father who claims us as His own. Separation to the Lord leads to deeper revelation from God, resulting in supernatural blessings.
Live Holy Today
Today, embrace biblical holiness and separation. Reject worldly compromise and separate yourself to the Lord. Guard your heart and body as His temple, embracing His presence. Let His Fatherhood inspire a holy purity, knowing He receives you fully.
OFG Prayer of Faith
Our Father in Heaven,
Thank You for dwelling in me and receiving me as Your child. Help me separate from the world and touch no unclean thing. Strengthen me for holiness, drawing me closer to You as my God and my Heavenly Father.
In Jesus’ mighty name I pray, Amen.
