Financial Contributions
Our Giving Policy explains how One Faith Gospel Ministries (OFG Ministries) views, accepts, and handles financial contributions.
It clarifies our legal and tax status, the nature of any payment made to us, and the terms that apply to every contribution.
Organizational Status
One Faith Gospel Ministries is not registered, recognized, or endorsed as a tax-exempt charitable organization under the following (or any equivalent) regimes:
- United States: Not exempt under Internal Revenue Code § 501(c)(3) (or any other subsection of § 501(c)) and is not an organization described in § 170(c) to which deductible charitable contributions may be made.
- Canada: Not a registered charity or other qualified donee under the Income Tax Act (Canada) and is not authorized by the Canada Revenue Agency to issue official donation receipts.
- United Kingdom: Not a charity registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales (or equivalent regulators in Scotland or Northern Ireland) and is not recognized by HM Revenue & Customs as a charity for tax purposes eligible for Gift Aid or other charitable tax reliefs.
- Australia: Not endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) under Division 30 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.
- New Zealand: Not a registered charity with Charities Services under the Charities Act 2005 and does not hold donee organization status from Inland Revenue.
Consequently, contributions made to OFG Ministries do not qualify for charitable tax deductions, tax credits, Gift Aid, or equivalent reliefs in these jurisdictions.
Biblical Transparency
One Faith Gospel Ministries is committed to biblical transparency about receiving financial contributions. This means that all contributions made to OFG Ministries are solely dedicated to supporting its ministry work and are accepted in accordance with key biblical principles
We have chosen to remain unregistered as a charitable organization based on biblical commandments that promote separation from all forms of coercive financial influence (Deuteronomy 16:19; Matthew 6:24 KJV) and that prohibit establishing formal ties with ungodly secular governments (Psalm 94:20; John 18:36; 2 Corinthians 6:14 KJV).
OFG Ministries does not operate as a charity organization but focuses solely on the biblical mandate detailed in our Apostolic Initiatives and Ministry Concentration Directives. We maintain this course of action based on the biblical distinctives that separate the ministry of God’s Word from practical matters (Acts 6:2–4; Acts 20:24; 1 Corinthians 1:17 KJV).
Nature of Contributions
Any financial contribution (or transfer of value) to OFG Ministries is made voluntarily as a freewill offering, gift, or donation.
The donor acknowledges that:
- They receive no goods, services, benefits, advantages, or consideration of any kind in return for contributions.
- The contribution is not payment for any product, membership, access, event, advice, recognition, or other service.
- The contribution creates no contractual relationship, enforceable obligation, or expectation of reciprocal benefit on the part of the organization.
The donor represents that they have the legal capacity to make the gift, that the gift is made voluntarily and without undue influence, and that they are not relying on any statement, representation, or advice from OFG Ministries regarding tax treatment or any other matter.
The donor further represents that the contribution is made in simplicity and good faith. Contributions are given freely and without reservation, coercion, or expectation of any return, and solely from the donor’s own discretion to support the Lord’s work through the Spirit-led initiatives of OFG Ministries (Romans 12:8; 2 Corinthians 9:7 KJV).
Secure Online Payments
Standard online contributions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) through Stripe, the secure third-party payment platform.
OFG Ministries does not collect, store, or have access to full payment card or account details of donors. Payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and handled in accordance with Stripe’s security and privacy practices.
Any personal information donors provide in connection with a contribution (including name, email address, billing details, and other data collected during the transaction) is processed in accordance with Stripe’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
When donors offer to make recurring donations, Stripe provides a personal customer portal that allows them to manage any payment methods, view billing history, and update, cancel, or modify recurring contribution amounts. Information accessed or updated through this portal is collected, stored, and processed securely by Stripe under the above linked policies.
International Donors
Standard online contributions are accepted in United States Dollars (USD).
International donors who prefer to contribute in a different currency can request a custom payment link denominated in the requested currency. Any contributions made through these custom payment links are processed through the same secure Stripe system and remain subject to all terms of this Giving Policy.
OFG Ministries is under no obligation to provide payment links for unlisted, obsolete, or prohibited currencies and may decline a request at its discretion. Any currency conversion fees, exchange-rate differences, or additional bank charges that may apply are the sole responsibility of the donor.
International donors can contact us to request a custom payment link.
Tax Status and Treatment
Due to our non-tax-exempt status, contributions to OFG Ministries are not tax-deductible or tax-refundable for the donor under the laws of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or any other jurisdiction.
Businesses and other entities must treat contributions in accordance with the applicable tax laws of their country of residence or incorporation. Donors are solely responsible for determining the correct tax treatment of their contribution and for seeking independent professional advice where applicable.
OFG Ministries provides no tax, legal, or financial advice. Donors may not rely on any statement in this policy as tax advice. OFG Ministries issues no tax receipts, donation certificates, or statements that could be used to claim a charitable deduction or credit.
Contribution Refunds
Once a contribution is received and accepted by OFG Ministries, it is considered an irrevocable freewill gift. OFG Ministries has no obligation to refund, return, or reverse any contribution, except where required by law or where it elects to do so.
In limited cases involving clear technical processing errors or confirmed fraudulent transactions, OFG Ministries may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or reverse the contribution after the outcome of a successful evidence-based review.
OFG Ministries reserves the right to decline or return any contribution that it reasonably believes may breach applicable law or this policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFG Ministries shall not be liable to any donor for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to any contribution, this policy, or any related matter. This includes any claim based on misrepresentation, reliance, or tax treatment.
Acknowledgment
This policy constitutes the entire agreement between the donor and OFG Ministries with respect to the contribution and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous statements, representations, or understandings (whether oral or written).
By sending a contribution (including by electronic means such as checking a box, clicking “donate,” or submitting payment), the donor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full, that the contribution is a voluntary freewill gift with no expectation of any return benefit, and that they accept all terms set out above.
Changes to This Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026.
We may update this Giving Policy periodically in alignment with internal policy adjustments, international privacy law changes, or privacy-impacting amendments to this Website.
